Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using Dealerts (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acknowledgement
This Agreement is between Dealerts (“We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Developer”) and you, the End-User. Apple is not a party to this Agreement. We are solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. License
Dealerts grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This includes access through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or commercially exploit the App
- Copy or use the App beyond the permitted license
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer the App
4. Maintenance and Support
Dealerts provides all maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no support obligations.
5. Warranty
Dealerts is solely responsible for product warranties. If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund. Apple has no other warranty obligations.
6. Product Claims
Dealerts handles all claims related to the App, including product liability, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Dealerts handles any third-party intellectual property infringement claims related to the App.
8. Legal Compliance
You warrant that you’re not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on any U.S. Government restricted parties list.

10. Third Party Terms
You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using the App.
11. Third Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
12. Intellectual Property
The App remains Dealerts’ exclusive property, protected by U.S. and international laws.
13. Termination
We may terminate your access immediately for any reason, including Agreement violations.
14. Limitation of Liability
Dealerts and its affiliates aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
15. Affiliate Links and Commissions
We share 50% of our eBay affiliate commissions with you when you make purchases through App links.
16. Privacy Policy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://dealerts.io/privacy/.
17. Age Restriction
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian consent.
18. Changes
We may modify this Agreement with 30 days’ notice for material changes.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Nebraska, United States law.
20. Subscriptions and Cancellations
For subscription services:
- Fees and periods are displayed before purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel through App settings or app store
- Cancel 24+ hours before renewal to avoid charges
- No refunds for partial periods
- Fee changes effective next billing cycle
- Access continues until period ends after cancellation
